› Terezijana (June)

Terezijana is a tourist, cultural and entertainment events in Bjelovar, which aims to "correct" historical injustices related to the fact that the Empress was never in Bjelovar. On organized stage depiction Empress Maria Theresa comes in Bjelovar, on mostly satirical way to communicate with the people. Musical events are based on the retro and ethnic musical expression, and take place in the three days of events in several stages in the city center.

Bjelovar City museum is located in the city center at Eugen Kvaternik square. Established in 1949, located in the old city government building built 1832.

Renovated in 2009, has a restoration workshop and library. In the museum building there are three gallery spaces with a rich exhibition activity: Gallery Nasta Rojc, Little Gallery and Corridor Gallery. The atrium of the museum has a stage that is used for concerts of classical and popular music, theatrical performances, book presentations and other artistic and cultural events in the open air.

In the museum building there were the city government before. On the first floor Emperor Franz Joseph I. met Bishop Josip Juraj Strossmayer on the September 12th 1888.
