Terezijana

Terezijana is a cultural, entertaining and tourist manifestation which lasts for several days. It is represented by a series of musical, theatrical and sports events in which the performers from the whole Croatia regularly participate. The manifestation is visited by over 30.000 visitors from the country, as well as from abroad. The main event of the manifestation is a theatrical account of the visit of the Empress Marie-Therese to the town which was in 1756 established by her decree. It is held annually around the middle of June in Bjelovar.
